She treated both my Mother-in-law and father-in-law.Initially we consulted Doctor through online ,for my mother-in-law got infected with fever ,bodypain and cold.We stay in kavali and during lockdown we hardly found hospital open.Then my wife suggested me practo app.We searched for the doctor and found Dr Mahalakshmi.Her service and experience really impressed us.But question is how the doctor can treat virtually.Beleave me,she is simply awesome.Just by treating virtually ,she made my mother-in-law healthy.Then with this confidence ,we consulted her for my father-in-law.He is covid positive and diabetic.She, again like godess treated him very well.Now he become normal.Her friendliness,Liserning ,observation,careing to patient were very good.She used to respond to messages that I used to ask her at 12 AM at night in whatsapp.I am giving this review with my personal experience.Thought this will help others

It was my 2nd time consulting her. She has a pleasant mother like personality, which itself is comforting when you are distressed because of illness. Such Doctors are so rare these days. I first visited her 5 years back, still she had my medical history saved with her(as patient 369). I will recommend her any time.

I've had depression and anxiety since a year ago or so.. i am currently going to a psychologist and psychiatrist, some medicines were giving me severe side-effects so they suggested to go to a physician... I've looked up her and decided to see her in an online session coz of the good feedbacks I've read from other patients... during the session she criticized me about all the medicines i was taking and said without knowing what i went through that "i am very pampered and just need a slap" and was dismissing it laughingly..* * ** *** ***** ** **** *** ********* **** ********* *** she shouldn't say such things to any patient

I have never met a doctor who is very humble with his patients and takes the time to listen to all of the patient's problems and only prescribes the necessary medication

Doctor is very good listner and then she does through checkup and then prscripe medicine .If required she suggest to go for medical test.

Doctor Mahalakhmi is interactive and gives a patient hearing..very prompt in her response and explains the issue very well

She is so friendly and experienced doctor .she makes feel free to the patients and explains very well about the problem.its very difficult now a days to find a doctor like her.she is sooooo sweet .

Doctor has spent good amount of time with my mother to clearly understand specific problem instead of rushing through time. Clearly diagnosed the issue and prescribed a course of treatment.

I took my time to explain everything about my health problems. Dr. S. Mahalakshmi listen calmly and prescribed medicine in affordable price.
